Word & Art ~ speaker of many tongues, songs, poetry, story, academia (if I have to), genre nonfiction. I use language for bridging worlds and hearts, inspiring myself and others towards inner beauty & power, resilience & connection.
Detoxification & Regeneration ~ guide for cleansing & restoring the physical body & home with practices of regenerative "fooding," whole, living foods, herbs, & relationship. I work together with the self-regenerative & healing capacity of Nature to accompany others on their journey to wholeness.
Community 'Hygiene' ~ advocate for healthy living systems and communities, rites of passage for youth & adults; dialogue and ritual, living & dying well, ancestral wisdom & indigenous science of beingknowing in right relationship & mutual upraising.
Ceremonial Artist ~ co-creator of containers and vehicles for navigating matters of heart & soul; facilitating community connection, engaging in deeper dialogues with self, other, land & spirit.
Seabhean (sha-van)~ doula, end of life accompaniment, planning for wakes, taking care of unfinished business, opening community conversation around death, dying & grief in the form of art, events, ceremony. I am not currently professionally activated in my role as a death doula, but I am happy to sit bedside locally or help you get the information you need, if you reach out.
